Name: Fattycakes (though he prefers to be called "Billy" in human form)
Age: It's unknown how old he is chronologically, but he's an adult puffski. His human form is 10 years old physically.

World Snapshot:

Being a world-hopper, Fattycakes technically comes from a lot of places. However, the puffski homeworld is an idyllic place full of beautiful nature. It is home to many colonies of puffskis, all puuing and buuing about and going about their own business. The world is presided over by the Puffski Mother, who is known to the puffskis only as "Mama." She is a humanoid goddess who appears to be glowing green all the time. (As a side note, it's likely that the Puffski Mother doesn't even remember her true name, but that's due to circumstances that are outside the scope of this section.) It's a very simple place; puffskis just go about their daily lives, living alongside each other and the Puffski Mother. It gets kind of boring, really, which is why so many puffskis choose to travel to other worlds. The world has yet to see any real conflict, and hopefully it won't anytime soon.
Backstory:
Fattycakes was born on the Puffski home planet- or rather, he was created by their mother goddess, making him one of the first-generation Puffskis (future generations would be born through natural reproduction). In his early years, he didn't even have a name; he was just an ordinary Puffski, puuing and buuing around the home planet. However, when Puffskis were given their multiverse-traveling powers, he took off around the multiverse in search of adventure. He visited a great many worlds of varying qualities- high-tech worlds, fantasy-type worlds, and even normal worlds like our own (though probably no worlds occupied by current Hinoto-Ri residents). His travels gave him skills not possessed by many other Puffskis, including his keen navigational sense and the ability to naturally speak a few more syllables than most Puffskis could, including the ones required for the name he would be given in the future.
In one world much like ours, Fattycakes met a young human girl named Sarah who became his best friend. He would return to her after traveling elsewhere, and the two became so close that he kept the name she gave him as a badge of their friendship. From the day she gave it to him onward, he would introduce himself with a "Fa-tty-cakes!" whenever he encountered a new person. To this day, even though he is away from her more frequently than he used to be, he will still return to her every so often to tell her the tales of far away worlds (or at least try to, since he can't normally talk).
Speaking of tale-telling, Fattycakes eventually became a sort of traveling bard to the Puffskis on the home planet and to those who had settled elsewhere, a Puffski that would travel around the multiverse and then return with fantastic tales. When not residing with his friend, he would find a Puffski settlement and hole up with them for a while while relaying the stories of the worlds he had been to.
Fattycakes's most recent adventure took him to a strange inn that resided in many dimensions at once. There he met a mage who offered to help him "travel more easily." She gave him a gem with a human form for him "programmed" into it. The night after he received this gift, Philemon called him to Hinoto-Ri.

Personality:
If he is anything, Fattycakes is incredibly cheery and happy-go-lucky. He is practically a little ray of sunshine, always happy and curious. However, he is also very childlike, and prone to the occasional tantrum when things don't quite go his way. Curiously, he can flipflop between playful, childlike behavior and a surprisingly adult demeanor, showing that he has a mature side to him that isn't all fluff and puff. That serious side is something he picked up from his adventures, which have had a few solemn situations; not all Puffskis have the ability to even switch on a serious mode, except when there's danger (in which case they might just panic instead of getting serious) or when Pufflings (baby Puffskis) are involved.
One thing that should be said is that, if he cries, it doesn't always mean that he's sad. He can be a tad manipulative in his own cutesy way, and sometimes he cries just for the sake of crying, or out of frustration or to get his way. He is known to periodically eat pies cooling on windowsills and then cry about them being too hot (even though it was his fault he ate something too hot anyway).
Like most Puffskis, he is quite mischievous and has no qualms about getting up to silly pranks and antics. If he eats something messy, he might pout and grumble until someone wipes his face off for him. He loves amusing others; playing with humans and joining in on their activities is his favorite thing to do. He is sociable and will try to interact with others whenever possible. He tends to avoid sad people because he doesn't like being in situations that are too serious, but if he thinks he can cheer someone up, he will.
When push comes to shove, Fattycakes can be surprisingly brave and show some leadership skills that other Puffskis may not possess. While he may not be able to do any fighting himself, he can use his reputation to lead his fellow Puffskis. If he can't quite lead them into battle, he can lead them on small missions that humans set up. On one adventure, he had to do just this. With a triumphant puu, he led his fellow Puffskis on an espionage mission of sorts through a villain's castle in order to get a grasp of its layout.
Fattycakes can actually be quite smart when the occasion calls for it. His experiences traveling the multiverse have given him a good navigational sense, giving him an ability to read maps and sense direction that's better that that of some humans'. When given a town map, he's good to go and he can navigate a town with ease. He can also speak English to a better degree than most Puffskis, but this is rendered moot by how Hinoto-Ri's technology will enable him to talk without impediments.
His cheer is quite resilient- he will remain happy and upbeat even when times are tough. During the adventure where he had to investigate the castle, it seemed like the castle would be totally impenetrable and the villain would be able to destroy the heroes' stronghold without any risk of retribution. At a time when most people were panicking or giving in to pessimism, Fattycakes became inspired to lead the Puffski espionage mission through the castle.
Canon Powers:
Telekinesis- Fattycakes can use some minor telekinetic powers to pick things up without hands. This power only applies when he is in Puffski form. Mind skill.
Passive Glamour- Fattycakes has a passive protective glamour that makes him a bit luckier than most. In practice, though, this glamour really doesn't do much but make him a bit more likely to dodge attacks. Mind skill. (Note: I will gladly nerf or nullify this power if it is deemed a problem. I tend to forget it exists anyway.)
Active Glamour- With a flash of light, Fattycakes can use a little magic to briefly stun or confuse a target. Mind Skill.
Hut-building magic- Fattycakes is capable of using magic to build his huts and make them sturdy. This magic only works when he is in Puffski form. Mind skill.
Surprise Fangs- In puffski form, Fattycakes can pop out fangs to deliver a wicked bite to whatever might be trying to do bad things to him. Physical skill.
Transformation- Using the power gem, he can change from puffski to human form and back. Mind skill.

Anyway anyway, having fingers is really neat! I can actually play these games now, and I don't even have to hop on the buttons! I wonder if I should try my new feet out on one of those dancing games. They look like a lot of fun. The music is pretty cool, too.
Hmm... I wonder what other games I should play... I'm not ready to go home yet. It'd be really nice if someone would come play with me. Then maybe we could go out for ice cream after that! Yay! What's that place... Frozen Fortune, I think it's called? It's in Virgo, I think. I wanna go there too!
Hinoto-Ri is such a cool place. Even if I didn't plan to come here, I'm glad I got pulled here anyway. I'm gonna go play some more games now. Bye-bye!
